We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Please note, there may be processing delays during special releases, Christmas, and sales periods. 

• Selected products do not qualify for free shipping. In this case, it will be stated in the items' product description.
• We cannot deliver to FPO Box addresses.
• Orders outside the EU may be subject to Custom & VAT fees when the shipment reaches its destination. Please consult your local customs authorities with any inquiries.
• Delivery times are an estimate and should only be used as a guide.

Denmark

All shipments within Denmark have a delivery time of 1-3 business days.
A return shipping label is provided with all Danish orders for exchanges and returns.

Europe

All shipments within Europe are shipped using UPS and DHL
The standard delivery time is 2-4 business days.
Express delivery time is 1-2 business days.
*Orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday will be shipped the same-day through express delivery

**Due to the UK's exit from the EU, effective January 1st, 2021, there are new rules surrounding shipments. All orders from NAKED Copenhagen to the UK will be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning you as a consumer will not incur any additional fees, taxes, or duties when receiving your shipment.

All orders are shipped using DHL Express shipping.
Delivery time is 3-5 business days.

If you would like to return any of the items that you have received, we offer a 30-day return policy, valid from the day you receive your order. Please complete the return form that was included in your order or download it here, and enclose it with your return shipment to us.

If you would like to exchange any of the items purchased, we offer a 30-day return policy, valid from the day you receive your order. To exchange an item for a different size, please send us an email at customerservice@nakedcph.com with your order number and the new desired size so we can reserve it for you, if possible. Complete the return form included in your order or download here and enclose it with your return shipment. Once we receive your return shipment, we will process the exchange and ship your new item.

Exchanges have a processing time of 3-5 business days from the day we receive the package. There may be processing delays during big releases, Christmas, and sale periods.

All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when received, including all tags attached and original packaging materials.

Shoebox

The original shoebox is an important part of the product you have received and has value for many customers. If you are returning or exchanging the product, please take extra care to ensure that it isn't damaged in any way, as we will not accept a return if the shoe box is damaged.

When exchanging an item, we will pay to ship the new item to you, but you are responsible for the costs and logistics of shipping the original item back to us. Please send exchanges to the following address:

Free returns within Denmark

NAKED Copenhagen offers free returns on all Danish orders. Just use the pre-paid return label that was included in your shipment.

Please note

This return policy applies to online purchases only and does not apply to purchases made in-store.

In-store Exchanges

NAKED Copenhagen does not receive exchanges from webshop orders in stores. Products purchased in one of our locations may be exchanged or returned in-store within 14 days, with the original receipt. Products bought in-store can not be returned or exchanged through the webshop. In case of claims, make sure to bring the original reciept.

If your purchase is defective or becomes defective, you may be entitled to a claim within two years from the date of purchase.

Please contact us at customerservice@nakedcph.com with "Claims" in the subject. Please include the order number, description of the defect, and pictures showing the product and the defect.

Should you receive damaged goods following the delivery of the product(s), please inform our customer service immediately (within 14 days) to ensure that we can process your claim on time.

We will contact you after we have processed the claim, which can take up to 14 days.

Shopping

How do I change the currency?

The currency of your purchase is controlled by the country your order will be delivered. Scroll down to the bottom to select your country and currency in DKK, EUR, or USD.

I want to buy a certain item, but you don't have it in my size. Will you get this item again?

Unfortunately, if the product or size isn't listed on our website, it's sold out. We are constantly receiving new products, so make sure to check back in to see. You can also use the "In-store availability" feature on any product to see if it is available in your size at one of our three Danish locations.

How do I know if this shoe will fit?

All products have a size guide, which you can find under the product description.

Can I reserve a pair of shoes that will be releasing?

Unfortunately, we do not take pre-orders or reservations for any of our products.

Orders

I wrote the wrong shipping address on my order. How can I fix it?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to any order. Please cancel your original order and place a new one. To cancel your order, send us an email at customerservice@nakedcph.com.

I placed an order but haven't received any confirmation.
Please make sure you have entered your email address correctly and make sure to check your junk mail. If it's still nowhere to be found, send us an email at customerservice@nakedcph.com to double-check your order has been successful.

Can I make a change to my order?

If you'd like to make changes to your order, you need to cancel the original and place a new one. To cancel your original order, send us an email at customerservice@nakedcph.com.

Can I cancel my order?

It is only possible to cancel an order if it hasn't been processed. Please call our customer service at +45 3315 8380.

Why haven't I received a tracking number?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive your tracking information.

Why am I being charged import taxes?

Import taxes are charged by your local tax authorities and are the responsibility of you, the buyer. All orders shipped to countries outside the EU are charged without 25% Danish VAT to accommodate for any additional charges you may encounter.

Where is my package?

Please contact the shipping carrier with the tracking number you received on your shipping confirmation.

I have received my package, and there is a mistake, what should I do?

Can I return my online order in-store?

NAKED Copenhagen stores cannot process webshop orders.

Why haven't I received the refund for my return?

Refunds will automatically be issued via the original payment method once your return has been processed. In most cases, you will receive the refund within seven days, but for some types of credit cards, it can go as long as 30 days before the money is cleared into your account. Please contact your bank in regards to releasing the funds.

How long is the processing time for returns and exchanges?

Returns have a processing time of 1-3 business days from the time we receive the package.

What should i do if my package has been damaged during delivery?

When you place an order with NAKED Copenhagen, you will receive an automatically generated email confirmation. This email is only a confirmation of receipt and cannot be treated as legally binding. At this point, nakedcph.com still reserves the right to cancel the order if there is an error in pricing or availability. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will contact you right away to cancel.

4. Prices and payments

EU
If you are shopping within the EU, all prices are displayed, including 25% VAT. Product prices do not include shipping charges.

Outside of EU – VAT exempt purchases

If you are shopping outside of the EU or UK, prices are displayed and charged without VAT. Product prices do not include shipping charges.

All purchases within the UK are supported by DDP service (Delivery Duties Paid) These costs are reflected in the shipping costs.

Purchases outside of the EU may be subject to import fees and taxes. NAKED Copenhagen accepts no responsibility for these charges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering for location-specific information.

Payment Methods

NAKED Copenhagen currently accepts Visa Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, MobilePay, iDeal and Paypal. Your purchase total is only charged when your order has been processed and shipped. Prices are shown in Danish Kroner (DKK), Euro (EUR), or US Dollar (USD), depending on your location.

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours during normal business days.

Please note that delivery times are merely an estimate and are provided as a guideline. They are valid from the date of dispatch from our warehouse.

The estimated delivery times do not consider any possible delays caused by payment authorization or stock availability.

6. Returns and refunds

If you would like to return any of the items purchased, we offer a 30-day return policy, valid from the day you receive your order. Please complete the included return form or download it here and enclose it with your return shipment (returns without a return form or one that is incomplete will not be accepted).

Returns have a processing time of 1-3 business days from the day we receive the package. There may be processing delays during big releases, Christmas, and sale periods.

All items returned must be unworn, unused, and be in the same condition as when received will all tags and original packaging materials.

We suggest that you request a receipt when you drop off the package as proof of delivery from the shipping courier.

If NAKED Copenhagen is subject to customs, duties, taxes, or fees due to your returned products, we reserve the right to withdraw these specific amounts from your total refund.

Parcels that are refused or not collected at a pickup point and are returned to Naked Copenhagen may be subject to the return costs and administration fees associated when processing your refund.

Please note that we do not pick up returns that are delivered to access or pick-up points.

This return policy applies to online purchases only and does not apply to purchases made in-store.

Shoebox

The original shoebox is an important part of the product you have received and has value for many customers. If you are returning or exchanging the product, please take extra care to ensure it isn't damaged. In case of damage, we will reject your return.

Once we receive your return and the above conditions have been met, it will be processed. You will receive an email, and we will refund your money by way of your original payment method. Your refund will be issued for the total purchase price, excluding shipping.

Returns outside Denmark

All returns outside Denmark, including shipping costs, other fees and arrangements, are the customer's responsibility.

Free returns within Denmark

NAKED Copenhagen offers free returns on all Danish orders. Just use the pre-paid return label that was included in your shipment.

In-store returns

NAKED Copenhagen does not receive returns from webshop orders in stores. Products purchased in our stores may be exchanged or returned in-store within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Sale products can be exchanged to a different item or a voucher with proof of the original receipt. Products bought in-store can not be returned or exchanged through the webshop. 

7. Claims/reclamation

All products bought from nakedcph.com have a 2-year manufacturing warranty. Please send an email to customer service at customerservice@nakedcph.com with "Claims" as the subject. Please include your order number, description of the defect, and pictures showing the product and the defect.

If you should receive damaged goods following the delivery of the product/products, please inform our Customer Service immediately (within 14 days) to ensure that we can process your claim on time.
In the case of damage, please take care not to throw away any original packaging (cardboard boxes or plastic bags). We use this for investigation purposes and are unable to assist you without it.

We will contact you after we have processed the claim, which can go up to 14 days.

In store Claims

NAKED Copenhagen does not process claims from online purchases in stores. Only products purchased in-store can be claimed in person with the original receipt.

8. Resale

Our merchandise is for retail customers only. Under no circumstances can the site be used to purchase products for resale or export. If we suspect that you intend to resell our merchandise, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice.
