E-commerce Intern
As a result of rapid international growth, NAKED Copenhagen is in search of
an ambitious E-commerce Intern to join our team.
As an intern, you will be working with all aspects of e-commerce with a
particular focus on content management and newsletters.
Your tasks
- Setup editorial blog posts
- Setup campaign and front page content on website
- Execute and develop email marketing campaigns.
- Segmenting customer databases for email marketing.
- Be a part of preparing and maintaining new products.
- Set up landing pages on the website.
Skills and qualifications
- Fluent in English.
- Completed or currently studying a relevant field within e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing

NAKED Copenhagen’s aim is to carve out a space for women within what has previously been a male-dominated field. Presently, NAKED has two physical stores: One in Copenhagen and one in Aarhus. The Position
The internship period is a minimum of three months – preferably longer. This position is full-time and is located at our headquarters in Copenhagen. The internship is unpaid. Graphic Design Intern
NAKED Copenhagen is searching for a Graphic Design intern to assist in developing the look of our online universe. The chosen candidate will join our creative department and be responsible for bringing new ideas and creative energy. You will receive mentoring during this period and will be reporting to our Creative Designer.
Your responsibilities
- Create exciting graphics for our brand and marketing channels across social media, website, and email.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team, sharing new ideas and creative concepts.
- Assist Creative Designer in managing the creation and publishing of editorial content.
Your skills and qualifications
- Skills in visual design tools - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Fundamental understanding of typography, color and composition.
- Great communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Detail-oriented with impeccable attention to detail.
- Motivated and eager to learn.
- Knowledge or experience in the fashion/sneaker industry is a plus.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Enrolled in an undergraduate degree or similar education program based in Denmark.

About the Warehouse Team
Located in Hvidovre, our warehouse team is the heartbeat of our operations, consisting of approximately 25 dedicated individuals. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the team is structured with outbound and inbound leads overseeing their respective teams.
Your Responsibilities
As the Outbound Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead a dedicated team of 15 employees (10 FT and 5 PT), ensuring their safety and well-being while maintaining a productive work environment. Your duties will include:
- Planning and managing employee shifts, including weekend schedules.
- Updating employee shift statuses and overseeing the work schedule.
- Supervising Outbound Pick Pack operations, return processes, and retail refills.
- Conducting team meetings and employee talks to foster communication and cohesion.
- Leading rolling stock counts and managing shipment errors and repacking tasks.
- Setting goals for the team and providing daily motivation to achieve targets.
- Ensuring efficient processing of customer, retail refill, and vendor orders.
Beneficial experience for this position
- Experience working with Office365.
- Approx. 2 years of experience working in warehousing.
- Approx. 1 year of People management experience.
- Experience in working in WMS programs.
Employment Terms as Outbound Lead
- You will be reporting to Dina, our Warehouse Operations Manager
- You will be full-time employed.
- Your compensation package will be based on experience and qualifications.
- You will be provided with a great pension- and health insurance agreement.

Photo Studio Intern
As a result of rapid international growth, NAKED Copenhagen is in search of
an ambitious Photo Studio Intern to join us on location at our studio in Hvidovre.
As the Photo Studio Intern, your day-to-day will involve assisting our Studio Coordinator and In-house Photographer/Videographer. Tasks will range from assisting with packshots, retouching, studio shoots and various other studio related tasks.
Out of house shoots and tasks can occur.
Your Profile
- You’re interested in photography, fashion, sneakers, and design.
- You work well in a team and independently
- Driver’s license is a plus

About the Customer Service Team
We believe in continuous improvement. Our Customer Service Department, consisting of a total of 5 full time professionals, is always evolving, seeking out new ways to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations. We embrace feedback as an opportunity for growth, constantly refining our processes to better serve our customers.
Your work task
- Engage with customers via email, chat, phone, and social media platforms, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
- Manage online orders efficiently, from processing to dispatch.
- Assist in daily operations, delegating tasks as necessary to maintain smooth workflows.
- Take ownership of handling complaints and liaising with suppliers for resolution.
- Handle payments and address any disputes promptly and professionally.
- Maintain close communication with shipping partners regarding deliveries and inquiries.
- Assist in procurement and various administrative duties within the department.
Beneficial experience for this position
- Fluent in both Danish and English (proficiency in French, German, or Dutch is advantageous).
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT systems, with a willingness to learn.
- Experience with Zendesk is highly desirable.
- Product knowledge or industry experience is a plus.
Employment Terms when working in our Customer Service department
- You will be reporting to Emily, our Customer Service Manager.
- You will be full-time employed (37 hour per week).
- Your compensation package will be based on experience and qualifications.
- You will be provided with a great pension- and health insurance agreement.
- The maternity cover will be in the period of June 15th, 2024 - May 16th, 2025.
