About the Customer Service Team

Our Customer Service Team plays a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. The amazing Customer Service team (Sandra, Cecilie, Cecillie and Marthe) is led by our Customer Service Team Lead, Mathilde, and together they support customers with orders, shipping, and general inquiries, while working closely with colleagues across Warehouse, E-commerce, and Retail.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers by handling inquiries professionally, efficiently, and with the high standards we’re known for.

Your Role as Customer Service Representative

As part of the team, you will:

• Work closely with your teammates to deliver excellent customer service and ensure all inquiries are handled quickly and professionally.
• Assist customers with orders, returns, and claims.
• Communicate via email, phone, chat, and social media.
• Collaborate with couriers and logistics partners to resolve shipping issues.
• Build strong product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful guidance.
• Support administrative tasks and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Your role within our team

Merchandising Operations

• Master data, vendors, and PO creation processes: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing master data, vendor relationships, and purchase order creation processes to support smooth operations.
• Key user in optimizations about P2P processes: Identify and implement improvements in procurement-to-payment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  
  

Performance Analysis

• Analyze weekly sales, margin, and stock performance. Identify slow movers and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with buying on assortment structure, pricing, strategy, and own the seasonal buying plan.
• Provide analysis for other departments based on specified needs.

• Act as a stakeholder in IT projects related to P2P processes, Shopify platform updates, and Business Central updates.
  
  
  

Monday platform

• Management of the Monday platform from daily tasks to optimization rollouts in collaboration with other teams at NAKED Copenhagen.
  
  
  

Store allocation

• Facilitate the flow of products between the warehouse and stores, ensuring efficient allocation and distribution.
• Identify opportunities per brands and styles to optimize store inventory and maximize sales potential.
  
  
  

Qualifications we look for

• Confident and comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.
• Self-driven, eager to grow, and ready to take onboard tasks and challenges.

About the Warehouse Team

Our Warehouse team is a dedicated group of people who are the backbone of our operations. The outbound crew works alongside each other to prepare deliveries, handle stock products, and execute control activities, making sure everything is accurate, safe, and ready to start its journey to the destination.

This strong team plays a crucial role in maintaining a smooth flow of goods, accurate stock records, and a well-organised environment, allowing the rest of operations to run without interruptions.

As part of the team, you will work in a fast-paced and diverse outbound environment alongside ambitious and dynamic coworkers. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing customer web orders, preparing retail orders for our stores in Denmark and Paris, opening and quality-checking returns, and supporting the daily flow of outgoing orders.

Above all, your goal will be to contribute to greater efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction while keeping a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Your contribution within the team

• Pick and pack customer orders from our web shop accurately and according to schedule.
• Pick and pack retail orders for our stores in Denmark and Paris, including larger stock transfers.
• Open, quality-check, and assist in processing returned customer orders.
• Work in a fast-paced outbound environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
• Receive stock products and handle put-away when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
