About the role

As a Sales Associate, your focus is the customer <3 You’ll spend most of your day on the floor, engaging with customers, advising them, and making sure they leave with both the right product and a great experience. You play an important role in keeping the energy high and the store welcoming and professional.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Customer Service & Sales: Be present on the floor and deliver top-level service with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction from start to finish. Your passion for sales and customer service is your DNA.
• Customer Guidance: Guide and inspire customers with your product knowledge and passion for sneaker culture.
• Store Environment: Help keep the store clean, organized, and visually sharp together with the rest of the team.
• Brand Representation: Represent NAKED Copenhagen in the best possible way through your attitude, communication, and appearance.

• You don’t have to tick every box — passion and attitude towards customer service matter a lot to us.
• Languages: You are comfortable communicating in English.
• Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience from retail, preferably within fashion, sneakers, and/or lifestyle.
• Communication: Are open, positive, and inclusive, and enjoy talking to all kinds of people.

About the Role

As our new Marketing Manager, you'll lead our Marketing & Creative Team and be responsible for driving our overall marketing strategy across brand, digital, retail, PR, events, community and partnerships.

Working closely with our Creative Lead and cross-functional teams including E-Commerce, Retail, Buying & Merchandising and Finance, you'll ensure our campaigns and brand initiatives are strategically aligned, flawlessly executed, and deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive the overall marketing strategy across brand, digital, retail, PR, events, community and partnerships.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Own the marketing calendar and ensure strong project management, coordination and execution across teams.
• Lead, coach and develop the Marketing team, including performance management, development plans, recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with team People & Culture.

About the Role

As our new Creative Lead, you’ll take ownership of our visual direction and help bring our brand universe to life across digital, physical, and social platforms.

Working closely with Stine, our Founder & CEO, you’ll play a key role in translating NAKED Copenhagen’s vision into creative concepts, campaigns, and experiences that resonate with our colleagues, partners, community, and customers.

You’ll collaborate closely with various professionals in the Marketing & Creative Team, as well as E-Commerce, Retail, Buying & Merchandising, and external partners, to develop ideas and execute content that strengthens our brand presence.

From campaign editorials and website experiences to social media, collaborations, and product design, you’ll be a central part of shaping, maintaining, and evolving the NAKED Copenhagen identity.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve the brand’s creative direction and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop creative concepts and lead the visual execution of campaigns, content, and brand experiences.
• Design and deliver exciting, engaging graphics across web pages, newsletters, logos, signs, advertisements, in-store window layouts, and other communication materials.
• Lead art direction for photo, video, and content productions while ensuring a consistently high creative standard.
• Oversee the visual expression across digital platforms, retail, events, and all brand communication.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, and other key teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.

Who You Are

• A confident creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and visual storytelling.
• 5+ years of experience within the fashion and lifestyle industry, with a scope including execution on design processes, graphic design, and campaign development.
• Experience with developing visual concepts from idea to final execution.
• Passionate about fashion, sneakers, culture, and contemporary brand building.
• Comfortable balancing creativity with ambitious commercial goals and deadlines.
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with different teams while translating the creative agenda and vision.
• Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once as we always operate with an ambitious marketing calendar.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and content creation.
