About the E-Commerce Team

Our E-Commerce team is a dynamic group dedicated to enhancing our online presence and driving digital growth. Led by Simon, our Head of E-commerce, the team includes our Social Media Manager, E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist, Website Operations Manager and E-commerce Student Helpers. Together, they work tirelessly to optimize our digital platforms and deliver an exceptional online experience for our customers.

 

About your role in the E-Commerce Team

As a Paid Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our paid marketing strategy. Working closely with our Head of E-commerce, you will be responsible for optimizing our Google Ads and Meta campaigns, exploring new advertising opportunities on platforms like TikTok and Pinterest, and managing our paid affiliate program. Your expertise will ensure we remain competitive across all focus markets.

 


Your tasks and responsibilities in the position as a Paid Marketing Specialist will include:

  • Strategic Execution: Define and implement a comprehensive paid marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of E-commerce.

 

  • Campaign Management: Set up, evaluate, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns to drive traffic and improve ROI.

 

  • Innovation: Develop and launch new paid advertising initiatives on emerging platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest.

 

  • Affiliate Program: Manage our paid affiliate program, including recruiting and communicating with publishers.

 

  • Market Analysis: Monitor price competitiveness across key markets to ensure we stay ahead.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within a B2C company or paid marketing agency.

 

  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Facebook Business Manager.

 

  • Affiliate Marketing: Previous experience with affiliate marketing is a plus.

About our Paris Flagship Store

Located in the vibrant Le Marais district, our Paris Flagship store is a cornerstone of our international presence. We aim to make this store the go-to destination for trend-setting, multicultural, and women-empowering sneaker enthusiasts.

About your role in our Paris Flagship Store

As the Store Manager, you will play an important role in the establishment, sales monitoring, and development of our Parisian concept store. You will foster an inspiring and vibrant work environment, providing personalized and preferred bonds with our local and global communities. Your leadership and inventiveness will be key in making the store a groundbreaking reference in the sneaker world.


Your tasks and responsibilities in the position as Store Manager will include:

  • Commercial Monitoring: Monitor the concept store through various KPIs and implement necessary resources and tools to reach targets.

  • Team Management: Day-to-day people management through feedback, communication and development programs.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the NAKED Marketing Team to ensure the animation and development of the NAKED spirit through activations, dedicated content, and specific products.

  • Operational Management: Ensure the implementation and follow-up of all operational aspects and consistently check the proper functioning of the store.

  • Communication: Serve as the anchor point between the NAKED Copenhagen HQ Teams and the NAKED Paris Team to coherently apply the company’s vision and build a cohesive NAKED Store network.

About the Finance Team

Our Finance team is a dedicated team of four members. They handle a wide range of financial tasks and are involved in key organizational operations, from administrative finance to supporting management taking analysed decisions and improving the business. Working in finance you will get a close relationship with various department to gather relevant information, useful to the finance team.

 

About Your Internship:

NAKED Copenhagen is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern for a period of 6 months to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Finance and organizational operations, working closely with our experienced Finance team on various exciting projects.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Closing: Support with the financial monthly closing operations and create reporting for management. Reconcile sales, booking of invoices and accruals etc.

 

  • Budgeting and Forecast: Assist the finance team with creating yearly budgets and reforecast during the year. Build useful templates and maintain current reporting files.

 

  • Key user for PowerBI: Be one of the main point of contact for PowerBI. Build valuable overviews for the entire organization. Have the contact to our third-party consultant bureau.

 

  • Reporting to authorities: Calculate and submit VAT on a monthly basis. Submit relevant and required statistics to the authorities.

Qualifications:

About the E-Commerce Team

Your responsibilities in the position as E-commerce Coordinator will include:

Products

  • Responsible for product pages and publishing new products on the website.

 

  • Adding properties, visibility, and release information. Checking images, prices, stock, and product descriptions.

 

  • Optimize workflows and operations to ensure better quality and more efficiency in collaboration with the buying department, copywriters, packshot photographers, etc.

 

  • Ensure proper sizing information has been added in time (size & fit, size guide, size converter).

Translations

  • Responsible for translations including partnerships with translators (both internal and external).

 

  • Ensure weekly translations in all our focus languages.

SEO

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining landing pages (search definitions/collections) for all relevant categories for SEO and marketing purposes.

 

  • Responsible for implementing SEO improvements on the site.

 

  • Conduct keyword analyses for collection pages.

  • Approx. 1 year (or more) of experience with e-commerce and product management.

 

  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, demonstrated through:

    • enjoyment in refining workflows and structures, both independently and collaboratively, to enhance overall productivity and success for co-stakeholders across departments.

 

  • Experience with SEO and digital marketing strategies.

 

  • Written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish is a plus, but not a requirement).

 

  • Skilled in process coordination and cross-departmental process management, thriving in roles that involve requesting and controlling deliverables from various teams

 

  • Experience with CMS systems (Shopify is a plus) and product management tools.

    NAKED Copenhagen is searching for a Graphic Design intern to assist in developing the look of our online universe. The chosen candidate will join our creative department and be responsible for bringing new ideas and creative energy. You will receive mentoring during this period and will be reporting to our Creative Designer.


    Your responsibilities

    • Create exciting graphics for our brand and marketing channels across social media, website, and email.

     

    • Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team, sharing new ideas and creative concepts.

     

    • Assist Creative Designer in managing the creation and publishing of editorial content.  


    Your skills and qualifications

    Photo Studio Intern

    As a result of rapid international growth, NAKED Copenhagen is in search of
    an ambitious Photo Studio Intern to join us on location at our studio in Hvidovre.

    As the Photo Studio Intern, your day-to-day will involve assisting our Studio Coordinator and In-house Photographer/Videographer. Tasks will range from assisting with packshots, retouching, studio shoots and various other studio related tasks.
    Out of house shoots and tasks can occur.
