About the Customer Service Team 

 

Our Customer Service Teamplays a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We assist customers with their orders, shipping, and general inquiries while working closely with ourwarehouse, E-commerce, and Retailteams.

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently while maintaining the high standards we’re known for. 

 

Your Role as a Customer Service Representative

As part of our team, you will:

 

·       Working together with your team to provide excellent customer service, ensuring all inquiries are handled quickly and professionally.

·       Assist customers with orders, returns, and claims.

·       Communicate via email, phone, chat, and social media.

·       Work closely with couriers and logistics teams to resolve shipping issues.

·       Collaborate with internal teams, including the warehouse and retail departments, to ensure smooth operations.

·       Have knowledge about our products to provide customers with accurate information.

·       Assist with administrative tasks and improving our procedures related to customer support.

Who are you? 

 

·       A team-player mindset and excellent communication skills.  

·       A proactive individual with a positive attitude, reliable, and punctual. 

·       Fluent written and spoken Danish and English (additional languages are a plus!). 

·       Previous experience in customer service, and confidence in supporting customers both over the phone, and through other channels. 

·       Have strong problem-solving skills, being detail-oriented. 

·       Able to work independently, managing multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. 

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems. 

·       Able to work weekends, evenings, and events when needed. 

 

Bonus skills that will make you stand out:

 

·       Experience with Business Central, Shopify, and Gorgias.

·       Experience with AI, a keen eye for technology, and skills in building flows and setting up rules.

·       Fluency in French, German, or Dutch.

We are looking for a driven person to be part of our team for 4-6 months, preferably between 17-25 hours per week, but full-time applications are also welcomed. Ideal starting date would be as soon as possible.

 

Your learning opportunities within our team

 

·       Collaborating with your experienced team on developing and supporting various exciting projects related to finance.

IT Project Coordinator (12 months maternity cover) to help shape the digital backbone of NAKED Copenhagen

At NAKED Copenhagen, we’re on a growth journey and our IT and Finance setup plays a key role in supporting that. We’re now looking for a full-time IT Project Coordinator to join our Finance & IT team and play an interesting role in our IT projects, systems and data-driven insights across the business.

Your role & responsibilities

 

·       Driving IT projects from idea to reality
You’ll be the coordinating hero on scaling and implementing new IT initiatives across the organization. This includes:

·       Contributing to definition of project scope, goals and deliverables together with key stakeholders

·       Estimating workload, timelines and budgets based on functional requirements

·       Tracking progress, identifying risks and ensuring timely delivery

·       Communicating clearly around milestones, benefits and deadlines

·       Supporting and training end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes

 

Internal Key-Contact on our ERP setup (Microsoft Business Central)
Microsoft Business Central is at the core of our operations, and you’ll act as our internal go-to person:

 

·       Using Business Central as the platform for new business solutions

·       Translating business needs into system requirements and configurations

·       Overseeing implementation and roll-out of new BC modules

·       Targeting needs related to integrations with other systems (including our mother company’s SAP ERP)

·       Point of contact for external partners, subcontractors and related budgets

 

Data, insights & reporting
Together with Finance, Management and Commercial teams, you’ll help turn data into decisions:

 

·       Delivering meaningful business reports

·       Designing dashboards and data models using Microsoft Power Platform
(Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate)

 

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to tick every box as curiosity, motivation and the right mindset matter just as much to us!

 

·       Hands-on experience driving cross-functional IT projects and optimizing ERP solutionsKnowledge of ERP systems (Business Central and/or SAP) and/or Power BI

·       Understanding of IT project coordination or management

·       Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities in close collaboration with your manager

·       Written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset

·       Structured, analytical, patient and solution-oriented

·       Fluent and comfortable communicating in English (Danish is a plus, but not a requirement)

Your role within our team

 

Merchandising Operations:

 

·       Master data, vendors, and PO creation processes: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing master data, vendor relationships, and purchase order creation processes to support smooth operations.

·       Key user in optimizations about P2P processes: Identify and implement improvements in procurement-to-payment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Performance Analysis: 

 

·       Provide analysis for other departments based on specified needs: Offer analytical support to various departments by providing insights tailored to their specific requirements.

·       Miscellaneous analysis (End of season Sales assortment, performance, etc.): Conduct ad-hoc analysis such as end-of-season sales assortment evaluations and performance assessments to inform strategic decisions and improve overall business outcomes.

Monday platform:

 

·       Management of Monday platform from daily tasks to optimizations roll out in collaboration with other teams at Naked (e-Commerce, Creative, Warehouse…) 

Store allocation:

 

·       Facilitate the flow of products between the warehouse and stores, ensuring efficient allocation and distribution. Identify opportunities per brands/styles to optimize store inventory and maximize sales potential.

 

 

Qualifications we look for

 

·       Being confident and comfortable with communicating in English, both written and spoken

·       Being a self-driven, eager to grow, and ready to take onboard tasks and challenges.

·       Being knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (experience with retail management systems is a plus!)
