Returns
If you would like to return any of the items that you have received, we offer a 30-day return policy, valid from the day you receive your order.
To initiate a return, please register your return through our Return Portal. During the process you will be asked to enter your order information and select the reason for your return.
Once your return has been registered, you will receive a return label or QR code to use when sending your parcel back to us.
Please also complete the return form that was included in your original shipment and place it inside the return parcel.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service team. This may include situations such as:
• receiving the wrong product
• receiving a damaged or defective item
• the shipping box arriving damaged
• missing items in your order
• a product defect or quality issue
• receiving multiple items by mistake
- The order number
- The email address used to place the order
Please note: If the item was purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original cardholder who placed the order.

If your return does not concern any of the issues listed above and you would like to proceed with a standard return, you can create your return through our Return Portal below.
Once your return has been created, you will receive a return label or QR code and instructions on how to send the parcel back to us.
Please remember to complete the return form included in your shipment and place it inside the return parcel.
Orders placed online can be returned either through the Return Portal or in our physical stores in Aarhus or Copenhagen. Please note that online orders cannot be exchanged or returned in our Paris store, unless it's a Click & Collect order.
Returns have a processing time of up to 20 days from the day we receive the package, but we strive to process your return as quickly as possible. There may be processing delays during big releases, Public Holidays and sale periods.
Parcels that are refused or not collected at a pickup point and are returned to Naked Copenhagen may be subject to return costs and administration fees associated when processing your refund.
All items returned must be unworn, unused, in the same condition as when received, and must have all tags, including original packaging materials.
Shoe box
The original shoe box is a very important part of the product you have received and has value for many customers. If you are returning or exchanging the product, please take extra care to ensure that it isn't damaged in any way, as we will not accept a return if the shoe box is damaged.
Once we receive your return and the above conditions are met, the return will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation, and the funds will be refunded to you in the same way as payment was made.
Your refund will be issued for the total purchase price excluding shipping.
Returns outside Denmark
All returns outside Denmark, including shipping costs and arrangements, are the customer's responsibility.
Free returns within Denmark
NAKED Copenhagen offers free returns on all Danish orders.
To start your return, please register your return through our Return Portal.

We suggest that you request a receipt (indleveringsbevis) when you drop off the package as proof of delivery to PostNord.

Click & Collect Returns - France
Click & Collect orders may be returned either online or in-store. The same return conditions and procedures outlined above apply, including the 30-day return period.
