Claims

If your purchase is defective or becomes defective, you may be entitled to a claim within two years from the date of purchase.

 

If you purchased your order online, please contact us at [email protected] with “Claims” in the subject line.

 

Make sure to include your order number, a description of the defect, and pictures clearly showing both the product and the defect.

 

If you purchased your item in one of our stores, please visit the store and bring the item with you so they can assist you with your claim.

 

Should you receive damaged goods following the delivery of the product(s), please inform our customer service immediately (within 14 days) to ensure that we can process your claim on time.


We will contact you after we have processed the claim, which can take up to 20 days.
