If you would like to exchange any of the items purchased, we offer a 30-day return policy, valid from the day you receive your order. To exchange an item for a different size, please send us an email at with your order number and the new desired size so we can reserve it for you, if possible. Complete the return form included in your order or download here and enclose it with your return shipment. Once we receive your return shipment, we will process the exchange and ship your new item.


Exchanges have a processing time of 3-5 business days from the day we receive the package. There may be processing delays during big releases, Christmas, and sale periods.


All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when received, including all tags attached and original packaging materials.




The original shoebox is an important part of the product you have received and has value for many customers. If you are returning or exchanging the product, please take extra care to ensure that it isn't damaged in any way, as we will not accept a return if the shoe box is damaged.


When exchanging an item, we will pay to ship the new item to you, but you are responsible for the costs and logistics of shipping the original item back to us. Please send exchanges to the following address:

Free returns within Denmark

NAKED Copenhagen offers free returns on all Danish orders. Just use the pre-paid return label that was included in your shipment.

In-store Exchanges

NAKED Copenhagen does not receive exchanges from webshop orders in stores. Products purchased in one of our locations may be exchanged or returned in-store within 14 days, with the original receipt. Products bought in-store can not be returned or exchanged through the webshop. In case of claims, make sure to bring the original reciept.
