Air Jordan 5 Retro

Originally released in 1990, the Jordan 5 was created by legendary designer, Tinker Hatfield, and landed during the statistically best season of Michael Jordan’s career, which is saying a lot. The 5s signature shape came from Tinker watching Jordan play, how he seemingly moved like a fighter jet across the hardwood. As such the 5s iconic shark tooth markings on the midsole are an homage to the decorated fighter planes of the 1940s.
