Digital Gift Card FAQ

What amounts can I choose from?

You can choose from pre-set values between 100 and 3000 DKK. Your Digital Gift Card is delivered instantly by email and ready to gift (Purchasing of a Digital Gift Card is currently only available in Denmark).

 

Where can I use my Digital Gift Card?

Digital Gift Cards can be used online only worldwide at nakedcph.com.

 

They can be used on all items available on the website except another Digital Gift Card.

 

How long is the gift card valid?

Your Digital Gift Card is valid for 3 years (36 months) from the activation date.

 

Can I use the card more than once?

Yes! You can use your Digital Gift Card for one or multiple orders until the balance reaches zero.

 

You can always check your remaining balance using the link in your gift card email.

 

How do I use my Digital Gift Card at checkout?

1.       Go to nakedcph.com

2.      Add your favorite items to your cart

3.      Go to Checkout

4.      Find the discount or gift voucher field

5.      Enter your 16-digit gift card code

6.      Click “Apply” - the amount will be automatically deducted

7.      Fill in your details and complete your order

 

What happens if I return an item paid with a Digital Gift Card?

Refunds for items purchased with a gift card are always returned to the same gift card.

 

If the card has expired at the time of refund, we will issue a new Digital Gift Card with 36 months' validity.

 

Can I get cash back instead of a refund to the gift card?

No. When an order is paid with a Digital Gift Card, refunds can only be issued to a Digital Gift Card, never to cash or a bank card.

 

What if I lose my Digital Gift Card?

If your gift card is still valid, our customer service team can provide the original code to the purchaser upon written request.

 

Can I buy a Digital Gift Card together with other products?

No. A Digital Gift Card must be purchased on its own in a separate order.
