About the role

As a Sales Associate, your focus is the customer <3 You’ll spend most of your day on the floor, engaging with customers, advising them, and making sure they leave with both the right product and a great experience. You play an important role in keeping the energy high and the store welcoming and professional.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Customer Service & Sales: Be present on the floor and deliver top-level service with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction from start to finish. Your passion for sales and customer service is your DNA.
• Customer Guidance: Guide and inspire customers with your product knowledge and passion for sneaker culture.
• Store Environment: Help keep the store clean, organized, and visually sharp together with the rest of the team.
• Brand Representation: Represent NAKED Copenhagen in the best possible way through your attitude, communication, and appearance.
  
  
  

We imagine that you:

• You don’t have to tick every box — passion and attitude towards customer service matter a lot to us.
• Languages: You are comfortable communicating in English.
• Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience from retail, preferably within fashion, sneakers, and/or lifestyle.
• Communication: Are open, positive, and inclusive, and enjoy talking to all kinds of people.
• Sales Mindset: Love sales, enjoy working towards targets, and want to keep developing your skills within selling and customer experience. You thrive on the shop floor and consistently provide outstanding customer service at a high professional standard.
• Overview & Focus: Maintain a broad overview of the floor and focus on our customers, as we tend to be busy with both customers and various projects.

About the E-Commerce Team

Our E-Commerce department sits at the center of everything digital. We launch more than 40 new products monthly and are constantly optimizing the experience for thousands of customers shopping online. From content publishing to data-driven optimization, we ensure that every page, product, and campaign supports our mission — and converts.

As an E-Commerce Intern, you’ll be part of a collaborative and ambitious team with a strong track record of nurturing talent. You’ll work closely with our E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator and E-Commerce Team, gaining insight into how a high-performing E-Commerce team operates.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily product launches by uploading product images, descriptions, translations, and meta data
• Support the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator in day-to-day project execution
• Update homepage, category pages, and content across the website
• Assist with analysis of UX performance and identify opportunities on landing pages and key flows
• Help drive our email marketing from A to Z by creating templates, helping set up and segment newsletters for multiple markets
  
  
  

Who You Are

• Ideally looking to start in the beginning of 2027
• Structured and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Currently enrolled in a relevant or higher education program within e-commerce, digital marketing - and able to receive academic credit or fulfill internship requirements as part of your studies
