We’re looking for an experienced Content & Community Manager to bring NAKED Copenhagen’s voice to life across social channels, creator collaborations and community experiences.

About the role

You’ll join our Marketing & Creative team, reporting to our Marketing Manager, Jenni and working closely with our Creative Lead, Creative Producer and colleagues across the business.

Your focus will be turning our marketing calendar, brand priorities and product launches into engaging content and community activities. From pitching ideas and creating content to publishing, coordinating collaborations and bringing events to life, you’ll take responsibility for making things happen.

What you’ll do

Content & social channels

• Manage our organic social channels, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop content ideas with our Creative Lead and turn them into clear briefs and engaging social content.
• Create content around campaigns, shoots, events and everyday brand moments.
• Plan, schedule and publish content, ensuring captions, visuals and tone of voice feel consistently NAKED Copenhagen.
• Keep up with platform developments and cultural trends, bringing relevant opportunities to the team.
  
  
  

Community, creators & events

• Nurture and grow our community through active dialogue, authentic relationships and relevant collaborations.
• Build relationships with creators and influencers and manage product seeding and user-generated content collaborations.
• Plan and coordinate community events with internal teams and partners, including content before, during and after each activation.
• Take ownership of and develop NAKED Copenhagen Active Club.
• Share community feedback and content learnings to help improve what we do.
  
  
  

Who you are

You bring solid experience in content, social media and community marketing, along with examples of work you’ve helped bring to life.

We imagine that you:

• Have a strong understanding of sneaker culture, fashion and the communities around them.
• Are confident creating and editing social content, particularly short-form video.
• Write engaging English copy and know how to adapt content to different platforms.
• Have experience working with creators, collaborations and events.
• Are organized, proactive and comfortable managing several projects and deadlines.
• Enjoy collaborating and take responsibility for following things through.
  
  

Experience within sneakers, fashion, streetwear or lifestyle is a plus.

We’re looking for a Production Intern to join our Creative team and support the practical side of bringing our visual universe to life.

About the Role

As our Production Intern, you’ll work closely with our Creative Producer and be part of the engine that drives our shoots and productions forward.

This role is centered around execution. You’ll help ensure that everything runs smoothly — from early-stage planning to being on set when it all comes together. It’s a role for someone who is structured, hands-on, and ready to take part in the many moving pieces behind a production.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning and coordinating productions (booking, outreach, logistics)
• Support the Creative Producer in day-to-day project execution
• Prepare for shoots (packing, equipment coordination, run sheets)
• Be present on set and assist with setup, flow, and practical tasks
• Handle post-shoot wrap-up (returns, organization, follow-ups)
• Help maintain structure across productions and timelines
  
  
  

A Hands-On Experience

This role is not just behind a desk. You’ll be actively involved in bringing projects to life — from working on set to helping with event setups. That means a mix of creative, operational, and physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and being part of the action when things come together.

Who you are

• Proactive and eager to learn
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Passionate about creative production
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Hold a valid driver’s license (required, as the role includes occasional driving)
• Currently enrolled in a relevant education and able to receive internship credit

(+ Capture One skills are a bonus, not a must)

About the Warehouse Team

Our Warehouse team is a dedicated group of people who are the backbone of our operations. The outbound crew works alongside each other to prepare deliveries, handle stock products, and execute control activities, making sure everything is accurate, safe, and ready to start its journey to the destination.

This strong team plays a crucial role in maintaining a smooth flow of goods, accurate stock records, and a well-organised environment, allowing the rest of operations to run without interruptions.

As part of the team, you will work in a fast-paced and diverse outbound environment alongside ambitious and dynamic coworkers. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing customer web orders, preparing retail orders for our stores in Denmark and Paris, opening and quality-checking returns, and supporting the daily flow of outgoing orders.

Above all, your goal will be to contribute to greater efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction while keeping a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Your contribution within the team

• Pick and pack customer orders from our web shop accurately and according to schedule.
• Pick and pack retail orders for our stores in Denmark and Paris, including larger stock transfers.
• Open, quality-check, and assist in processing returned customer orders.
• Work in a fast-paced outbound environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
• Receive stock products and handle put-away when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Participate in inventory control activities and help ensure stock accuracy.
  
  
  

Must haves

• 18 years of age or older.
• Clean criminal record.
• Able to work during weekends, evenings, and high-sale periods.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment with changing daily priorities.
  
  
  

Nice to have

• Previous warehouse experience is considered a plus, but it is not a requirement - mindset is key.
• Experience with Honeywell or Zebra scanners is considered a plus.
