FAQ - Click & Collect France
What is the expected delivery time?
The standard delivery time is 2–4 business days.
How do I know when my order is ready for pickup in France?
You will receive a notification as soon as your parcel has arrived at the selected store and is marked ‘Delivered’ by the carrier. From this moment, your order is ready to collect in-store.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Your order confirmation email and a valid ID.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
You have seven (7) calendar days from the date your parcel is marked Delivered. After this period, you will be contacted by email. If the parcel remains uncollected after an additional seven (7) days, it will be returned to our warehouse and refunded, in line with the regular return and processing time.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
No, for security reasons only the Customer who placed the order can collect it, upon presenting valid ID and the order confirmation.
Can I return my Click & Collect order in-store?
Yes, Click & Collect orders can be returned in-store within thirty (30) days, provided you bring proof of purchase (order confirmation and order number).
Can I return my Click & Collect order online?
Yes, Click & Collect orders can also be returned online. The same return conditions and procedures apply as for standard online orders (see Returns).
How long do I have to return my order?
You have thirty (30) days from the day you pick up your order to return it, either online or in-store.
Is Click & Collect delivery free?
Yes, in-store delivery is free of charge in France.
Where can I use Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is currently available at NAKED Copenhagen stores in France.
What happens if I don’t collect my order?
If your order is not collected within fourteen (14) days, it will be returned to the warehouse. A refund will then be issued to your original payment method, in line with the regular return and processing time.
