About the role

As a Sales Associate, your focus is the customer <3 You’ll spend most of your day on the floor, engaging with customers, advising them, and making sure they leave with both the right product and a great experience. You play an important role in keeping the energy high and the store welcoming and professional.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Customer Service & Sales: Be present on the floor and deliver top-level service with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction from start to finish. Your passion for sales and customer service is your DNA.
• Customer Guidance: Guide and inspire customers with your product knowledge and passion for sneaker culture.
• Store Environment: Help keep the store clean, organized, and visually sharp together with the rest of the team.
• Brand Representation: Represent NAKED Copenhagen in the best possible way through your attitude, communication, and appearance.
  
  

We imagine that you:

• You don’t have to tick every box – passion and attitude towards customer service matter a lot to us.
• Are comfortable communicating in English.
• Have at least 3 years of experience from retail, preferably within fashion, sneakers, and/or lifestyle.
• Are open, positive, and inclusive, and enjoy talking to all kinds of people.
• Love sales, enjoy working towards targets, and want to keep developing your skills within selling and customer experience.
• Maintain a broad overview of the floor and focus on customers, even in busy periods.

About the Retail Team

Our Retail team is a driven, passionate, and knowledgeable group of professionals dedicated to creating world-class customer experiences. Working closely with our HQ departments, including Marketing, Warehouse and Customer Service, we are constantly evolving the way NAKED Copenhagen is represented in-store and in the community.

About Your Role as Store Manager – Aarhus

As Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Aarhus store. You will be responsible for leading a team of 6 dedicated and amazing individuals, ensuring top-tier customer service, and securing strong commercial performance.

Reporting directly to our Retail Operations team, you’ll collaborate across departments while managing the daily operations and long-term growth of the Aarhus location.

Your Responsibilities as Store Manager will include:

• Lead store performance and exceed sales targets using key metrics.
• Build, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and an unforgettable in-store atmosphere.
• Oversee daily operations, workflows, inventory, and operational excellence.
• Plan and execute local events and activations.
• Work closely with HQ departments and join weekly alignment meetings.
• Maintain staffing schedules at least four weeks ahead.
• Manage store budgets, stock levels, and ordering processes.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Host bi-monthly team meetings.
  
  

Ideal Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in retail and potentially store management within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
• Passion for sneakers, community, and customer engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record in sales performance and team development.
• Structured and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Commercial awareness and a data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in English and Danish.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

About the Role

As our Marketing & Production Intern, you’ll work across both our Creative team and Marketing team. This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same — one day you might be supporting a campaign shoot, the next helping execute an event or coordinating influencer activations.

You’ll gain insight into how ideas move from planning to execution, while being part of a collaborative and ambitious team.

What You’ll Do

• Assist on event planning, including vendor contact, activation planning, budget follow-up, and coordination during events.
• Assist on production and production planning, including contacting stakeholders and helping on set.
• Support content creation, including pitching ideas, helping on production, and editing.
• Support the seeding process, including contacting influencers, coordinating shipments, sending packages, and tracking posts on SoMe.
• Support marketing reporting by gathering campaign data and integrating it into decks.
  
  

A Hands-On Experience

This role is not just behind a desk. You’ll be actively involved in bringing projects to life — from working on set to helping with event setups. That means a mix of creative, operational, and physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and being part of the action when things come together.

You'll gain insight into how a brand's visual identity comes to life across digital and editorial channels, while being part of a collaborative and ambitious team.

What You'll Do

• Create graphics for our brand and marketing channels across social media, website, and email.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, sharing new ideas and creative concepts.
• Assist the Creative Lead in managing the creation and publishing of editorial content.

Who You Are

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Have a solid understanding of typography, color, and composition.
• A strong communicator and collaborative team player.
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
