About the E-Commerce Team

 

Our E-Commerce team is a dynamic group dedicated to enhancing our online presence and driving digital growth. Led by Simon, our Head of E-commerce, the team includes our Social Media Manager, E-commerce Project Manager, Website Operations Manager, SEO & E-mail Marketing Specialist and E-commerce Student Helpers. Together, they work tirelessly to optimize our digital platforms and deliver an exceptional online experience for our customers.

 

About your role in the E-Commerce Team

 

As a Paid Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our paid marketing strategy. Working closely with our Head of E-commerce, you will be responsible for optimizing our Google Ads and Meta campaigns, exploring new advertising opportunities on platforms like TikTok and Pinterest, and managing our paid affiliate program. Your expertise will ensure we remain competitive across all focus markets.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities in the position as a Paid Marketing Specialist will include:

 

·       Strategic Execution: Define and implement a comprehensive paid marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of E-commerce.

 

·       Campaign Management: Set up, evaluate, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns to drive traffic and improve ROI.

 

·       Innovation: Develop and launch new paid advertising initiatives on emerging platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest.

 

·       Affiliate Program: Manage our paid affiliate program, including recruiting and communicating with publishers.

 

·       Market Analysis: Monitor price competitiveness across key markets to ensure we stay ahead.

 

Ideal skills and qualifications we believe in supporting a positive journey in this role (we don’t expect you to check all the boxes to be a good candidate for the position)

 

·       Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within a B2C company or paid marketing agency.

 

·       Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Facebook Business Manager.

 

·       Affiliate Marketing: Previous experience with affiliate marketing is a plus.

Job Description

 

We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Content Creation Intern to join our dynamic Marketing team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the brand’s digital presence, working closely with our Community Manager and Creative Team to craft engaging content across various social platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sneakers, fashion, and storytelling through content.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

- Content Creation: Work closely with the team to brainstorm and produce attention-grabbing content, with a strong emphasis on short-form videos tailored for Instagram and TikTok.

- Planning & Scheduling: Assist in developing the weekly social media calendar and scheduling posts across different platforms, ensuring content is posted at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.

- Social Media Campaigns: Collaborate with the Community Manager in conceptualizing and executing innovative social media campaigns, leveraging the latest trends to grow our audience and increase brand awareness.

- Research & Analysis: Stay informed on emerging social media trends, conduct competitor research, and perform keyword analysis to refine content strategies and enhance overall performance.

 

Essential Skills for Success in This Role

 

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Passionate about social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok.

- Experience in content creation, including short-form videos and photography.

- Basic copywriting skills and a strong understanding of brand voice.

- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Additional Skills That Would Enhance Your Chances

- Familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut.

- Knowledge of sneaker culture and streetwear fashion.

- Experience with analytics tools for tracking social media performance.
