Stock Manager - CPH Retail

About your role in the Retail Team
As our Stock Manager, you’ll be the one making sure that our stock operations are handled smoothly, organized, and responsive to our store’s sales needs. You’ll be working with stock handling, inventory accuracy, and daily logistics — all while being an active support to our team working in the store. Reporting to our Store Manager, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively to meet daily challenges head-on.
Your tasks in the position as Stock Manager will include:
· Receiving incoming shipments from vendors and our central warehouse, including inspection and documentation.
· Inbounding and storing goods in the store efficiently and accurately.
· Picking and packing items for transfer to our central warehouse or other store locations (e.g. Denmark and Paris).
· Preparing and dispatching shipments while coordinating with logistics teams.
· Maintaining an organized, clean, and secure warehouse environment to support store operations.
· Using systems such as Business Central 365, Tasklet, Zebra scanners, Slack, and Office 365 with focus on Excel (experience with these systems are not required, but curiosity to learn is 😊).
· Resolving stock discrepancies or logistical issues.
· Collaborating with our colleagues in merchandising, buying, retail, finance, and warehouse.
· Flexibility to adapt work hours based on shipment needs — including early, late, and occasional weekend shifts.
· Ideal skills and qualifications we believe in support a positive journey in this role:
· Experience working at a warehouse and/or in a store, where you experienced handling stock items.
· Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes regularly.
· Self-driven mindset with the confidence to make decisions or ask for support by your manager when needed.
· Comfortable communicating and guiding colleagues when challenges arise or clarification is needed.
· Attention to detail as well as a proactive and structured mindset.
· Comfortable with a dynamic workflow and tight deadlines.
· Comfortable with communicating in English. Danish is a plus.
· A reliable, positive team player who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

About the Buying Team
Our buying team is a dynamic group dedicated to curating and managing our product assortment to ensure we offer the best selection to our customers. Our team is led by our Head of Buying, while the team includes our Assortment Manager and Buyer, an additional Buyer, a Merchandising Coordinator, and a Buying Merchandiser.
We seamlessly and tirelessly work alongside each other to select and procure the finest products, manage inventory, and ensure a smooth integration between our buying and merchandising strategies and overarching business goals. This firm team of ours plays a crucial role in maintaining our competitive edge while delivering exceptional value to our customers as well.
Your learning opportunities within our team
· Get the opportunity to collaborate with our stores to allocate stock to stores based on sales data, store capacity, and customer demand.
· Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels across our 3 stores and trigger replenishments to avoid out-of-stocks or overstocking.
· Sales & Stock Analysis: Identify fast- and slow-sellers and act accordingly (e.g., transfers, markdowns, reorders).
· System & Data Management: Maintain accurate product, stock, and allocation data in ERP and planning systems.
· You will get the chance to work closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Store teams to align on assortment plans and priorities. Liaise with the logistics and warehouse team to track deliveries and troubleshoot delays.
· Creating and maintaining and broadcast allocation and performance reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or internal dashboards to key stakeholders.
Do you consider yourself
· Having true passion for fashion, streetwear, and the sneaker industry.
· Having a curiosity about analyse data and making informed recommendations.
· Being confident and comfortable with communicating in English, both written and spoken
· Being a self-driven, eager to grow, and ready to take onboard tasks and challenges.
· Being knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (experience with retail management systems is a plus!)
Must Haves
· Be currently enrolled in relevant or higher education institution pursuing a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or any related field.

About the P&C Team

About your role in the Marketing Team

Being a Social Media Manager in Naked
As the Social Media Manager of Naked Copenhagen, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Social Media strategies that aim to drive traffic to our website. About the Finance Team:
Our Finance team is a dedicated team that handles a wide range of financial tasks and are involved in key organizational operations, from administrative finance to supporting management taking analysed decisions and improving the business. Working in finance means getting to develop a close relationship with various department to gather relevant information, useful to the finance team. As a business controller, your will report directly to our Finance and IT Manager.
Your contribution to the Team:
· As part of month-end and year-end closing, preparation reporting for management. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
· Focus on General Ledger Accounting by managing bookings for GL accounting (VAT, Income tax, and more) and booking of Management Controlling bookings (accruals, inventories).
· Manage and comply with all government reporting requirements.
· Participation in year-end audit with external auditors, assisting in the preparation of audit schedules, data, and information.
· Focus on Budget / Forecast by participate in the budgeting and forecasting process. Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
· Partner with HR department on Payroll process from processing salaries information to recording them in Financial Accounting.
· Referent for PowerBI topics across the financial department and supervise development of the platform.
Who you are:
· Previous experience as a Business Controller or similar position is preferred
· Knowledgeable in accounting principles and procedures
· Comfortable with communicating in professional English, both verbal and written
· Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across teams.
· A structured, organized, and analytical mindset
· An individual with proactive attitude and passion for continuing improvement and delivering results.
Must haves:
· Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
