Customer Service Team Lead

Your tasks and responsibilities in the position as a Customer Service Team Lead will include:
- People management create a high performing team of engaged employees.
- Overseeing the daily operations while training and mentoring our customer service team towards meeting and exceeding customer service goals.
- Implementing strategies to improve quality and productivity.
- Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures in collaboration with our Customer Service Operations Lead.
- Provides intra-departmental support and direction.

Collaborating closely with our teams in Retail, E-commerce, Marketing and Warehouse.

- Leadership skills to effectively manage and guide a customer service team towards achieving company objectives while maintaining a healthy work environment.
- 1-2 year of experience in service industry.
- Confident communication skills to clearly convey information to team members and customers.

- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring all customer queries and complaints are addressed in a timely manner.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the position as a Store Manager will include:
- Commercial monitoring of the concept store through various KPI’s (CR, UPT, AT), implement necessary resources and tools to reach targets and develop performances.
- Be the heart of the team and help the team members to become Naked Copenhagen´s best ambassadors by supporting them and creating a positive work environment.
- Be the source of training and coaching when employing, inducting and improving the sales associates’ skills to make them seasoned NAKED ambassadors, and support them providing a unique concept store sales experience to our communities.
- Be solution driven and proactively follow up on operational aspects and proper functioning of the store.

Skills and qualifications we search for:
- You are confident in communicating in both French and English.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a store.
- You have 1-2 years of experience either at management level (either as a manager or an assistant manager)
- You are on the curious about sneakers lifestyle trends, and you demonstrate the sense of creativity and initiative.
- Experience of working internationally is appreciated but not a requirement

Your tasks and responsibilities in the position as an IT Project Manager will include:
Project lead on scaling new IT projects:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Assess project workload and budget based on project functional scoping and key activities associated.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project updates, benefits, project milestones and deadlines.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Internal referent of our ERP Microsoft Business Central:
- Leverage Microsoft BC as our platform for implementing business solutions.
- Work with other teams and stakeholders to define requirements and configure Microsoft BC accordingly.
- Oversee the implementation and adoption of new BC components.
- Ensure integration with other systems and data sources (including integration with our mother company ERP, SAP).
- Monitor and track subcontractor activities and budget.
Manage Data Analysis and Microsoft PowerBI reports:
- Collaborate with Management, Finance, Merchandising and Commercial teams to issue qualitative Business Analysis and reports.
- Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft PowerPlatform tools (PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerApps, PowerAutomate).
Skills and qualifications we look for (and you do not have to check all the boxes to be considered a qualified candidate):
- Previous experience as an IT Project Manager / IT specialist or similar position is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP-systems (Business Central or SAP) and / or PowerBI.
- Project Management skills and knowledge of how to run IT-projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal. Danish is not a requirement but an advantage.
- Enjoying bringing your interpersonal and communication skills into work tasks and processes.
- Structured, organized, and analytical.
- Adaptable to busy surroundings and changing priorities.

About the Customer Service Team
Our Customer Service team is dedicated to delivering best-in-class support, ensuring our customers feel valued and heard at every interaction. Working closely with other teams, including the Warehouse, E-commerce and Retail, we aim to provide a seamless experience across all customer touchpoints.
About your role in the Customer Service Team
As a Customer Service Representative at NAKED Copenhagen, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, helping to resolve queries and ensure smooth communication. You will be part of a passionate team, working to provide timely and thoughtful assistance while maintaining the high standards we’re known for.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the position as a Customer Service Rep. will include:
- Provide customers with solution-orientated guidance and exceptional customer service.- Handle online orders, exchanges, returns, and claims.
- Communicate and respond to customers via telephone, e-mail, chat, and social media.
- Fraud and payment handling.
- Collaborating closely with the warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with our couriers to handle customer shipment inquiries.
- Product knowledge to provide our customers with accurate information.
- Assist with diverse administrative tasks.
Ideal skills and qualifications we believe in supporting a positive journey in this role:
- Confident in writing and speaking Danish and English- Mastering German, French, and/or Dutch in writing and/or verbally is a plus
- Previous experience with online customer service
- Experience with Business Central, Shopify, and Zendesk is desirable
- Ability to keep a positive and cheerful attitude while handling conflicts and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently with good time management skills
- An empathetic demeanor that is reflected in your communication
- A knowledge and interest in sneakers as well as the newest trends within the industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new IT systems
- Ambitious, reliable, and punctual
- The ability to work some weekends, evenings, and events
